 Another device was added to the list of world’s wonderful and most useful device. Scientists have created the world’s smallest atomic clock, which is in the size of a matchbox. Normal atomic clocks are of half inch thick and 105 inch long and the new invention is at least hundred times less than them. Smallest atomic clock utilizes only 100 milliwatts of electricity. Atomic clock works effectively even in those areas where GPS signals cannot be received due to bad weather conditions. Unlike common atomic clocks, this small clock does not use radioactivity as energy source. This will be helpful for those who travel on seas. Other applications of atomic clock are military and other commercial activities.
