The tablet war has initiated in India, and the market is heating up when international players like Apple, HTC, Dell, Acer and Lenovo are there. The new player that has entered the market is EAFT, which has launched their first tablet at their home land. The India-based company has named its novel product as 10.1-inch Magic Tile Marathon.
The Marathon Tablet has built-in facilities like EAFT branded App Store and the Google Android Marketplace application, which has made it special. Unlike the iPad 2, this new tablet boasts of having standard USB ports and HDMI port, which facilitates the tablet to be connected to any standard LCD/Plasma display, and also delivers the best viewing and browse experience by possessing a large 10.1 multi-touch capacitive display with 1024X600 resolutions.
To tell about the features it has restored for its customers were- a 1.3MP webcam, 16GB of storage from a microSD card, a microSD card slot3.5mm headphone jack, stereo speakers, headphones, up to 1080p HD video playback, 802.11b/g Wi-Fi, 3G, Adobe Flash Player 10.1, and up to 8 hours of operating battery life with up to 14 hours standby power.
EAFT has joined hands with Hungama, a content collector, for effortless and free access to Bollywood content, and for education field, it has united with Vikas Publications, and Cyber School. The tablet could be booked easily on the company’s website for Rs. 29990.
